HR Senior Executive (Learning & Development)To manage full spectrum of training & development process which includes managing the LMS system as Administrator and updating changes accordingly, coordinating in-house workshops and public training, registration, record keeping, follow up on training matters, monitoring training expenses/budget and administering HRDF, organizing e-learning training for new joiners and yearly training via LMS, assisting in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), planning and conducting new joiners' orientation.
Handle employee engagement and branding activities which include assisting in organizing employee relation activities such as company dinners, bonding activities, team building, festive events, enhancing office facilities, coffee sessions, etc., administering the Employee Engagement Survey and ad-hoc activities, and administering company IG in a creative way to boost interaction between employees and create a positive working environment.
Assist in leading, following up with CSR leads, and coordinating CSR programs alongside superior.
Assist superior in research and coordination with universities, and plan and execute the internship & management trainee program.
To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Recruitment and related fields.
Competency in using Microsoft Office, i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, be independent, resourceful, and well organized.
Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
