Regional roles to cover data maintain/governance and system in Asia Pacific.
Lead HCM implementation and support utilization for data-related process in AP.
Lead to create data standard work and data governance in HCM, and ensure process compliance in AP.
Ensures employee data and business information are maintained and processed with high accuracy in HR Core-systems for Rest of Asia Pacific.
Act as regional and functional focal of global HR system/global HRIT and regional IT team to drive system function improvement and system utilization (such as ServiceNow) in AP.
Support global/regional project to extend and consolidate local HR systems functionality, improve user experience.
Act as Regional Data SME facing broader HR team and business for process optimization and critical problem solving.
Act as internal consultant facing broader HR team and business for HR System solutions to ensure business continuity and improve efficiency.
Support Workforce, with a focus on establishing and automating HR metrics reporting and planning such as Tableau reports to support business decisions.
Support continuous improvement to drive the working efficiency by leveraging digitalization tools, such as Power BI.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and process all employee life cycle data in AP HR systems (PeopleSoft & local system) and ensure data accuracy, integrity, reliability and on-time delivery.
Handle the business/employees' HR related data/system requests via ServiceNow and local system portal and provide solutions within the SLA.
Lead or conduct the regular standard work review and update the standard work documentation according to the process changes.
Be responsible for internal and external data auditing to ensure process compliance.
Act as regional HR system contact point with global HRIT, Global HR Solution COE team and local/regional system providers.
Work as regional representative to participate in Global HR system projects, such as ServiceNow upgrade, and Workday HCM implementation.
Provide technical assistance and one-to-one or group trainings to HR staff in the various HR related applications and tools.
Monitor the HR system performance and interface and work with HRIT/stakeholders to analyze and troubleshoot.
Own regional HR system maintenance to ensure business continuity.
Continuously drive AP HR digitalization through system and tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Support monthly workforce activity, such as HC planning, metrics and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree and above.
6+ years HR working experience.
Experience in ServiceNow and Workday Application.
Language proficiency in both English and Chinese as working languages.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Customer oriented mindset with the ability to manage customers' expectations.
Problem Solving and drive for excellence.
Passion for technology with strong tech savvy.
Experiences with Tableau and Power BI is preferred.
Project Management experiences and change management skills is preferred.
