We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team and help usidentify and attract top talent for our open positions. As a Sourcing Specialist, youwill be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies tochannels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and jobexpand the talent pool. Additionally, you will screen and qualify potentialunderstand the job requirements and develop a sourcing strategy.
