Hr Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities:- Engage in full cycle of recruitment process- Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants in accordance to clients' needs and requirements- Other administrative duties**Requirements**:- Possess Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or equivalent is preferred- Possess 1 year of recruitment/ talent sourcing experience- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong team player and result oriented**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Mount Austin: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
