Language RequirementsProficient in Malay

Job DescriptionImplementation of HR System:Assist in the implementation of Malaysia's company human resources system.
Collaborate with headquarters to ensure alignment with global HR strategies.Compensation Management:Take charge of salary settlement process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Oversee leave management, insurance-related matters, and other aspects of employee compensation.Recruitment:Manage the recruitment process of the Malaysian office.
Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.Meal subsidy.
