ResponsibilitiesOversee payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing, generating reports, and communicating effectively with employees.
Troubleshoot payroll issues and contribute to the development of an in-house payroll system.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring proper documentation, equipment allocation, and smooth integration for new hires.
Facilitate orientation programs and perform administrative tasks such as setting up new hires in systems and organizing their schedules.
Handle employee registration processes, including expatriate documentation and employment agreements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide expert guidance on interactions with EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
Manage the offboarding process, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and overseeing all exit procedures, including asset retrieval.
Administer compensation and benefits, processing claims, collaborating with the accounting team, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
RequirementsAt least 3 years of HR experience, ideally within a product or technology-driven environment.
Proven expertise in payroll processing, onboarding, and managing the full employee lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor regulations, particularly in Malaysia.
Demonstrated experience handling HR administrative tasks, including compensation and benefits management.
Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving HR issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.
