Hr Specialist

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. This role requires proficiency in Malay, English, and Chinese to effectively communicate with our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities: 1.? ?Recruitment and Hiring
-Utilize 3-5 years of HR experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
-Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
-Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best talent for our organization.
-Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2.Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
-Handle all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
-Manage local employee benefits, EPF, SOCSO and welfare programs according to relevant policies and regulations.
3.HR Administration
-Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to employee relations.
-Maintain accurate records of employee information and HR-related documents.
Qualifications:
-3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
-Proficient in recruitment processes, job portals, and interview techniques.
-Strong knowledge of local employment policies, insurance, and benefits.
-Ability to handle HR tasks independently.
-Fluent in Malay, English, and Chinese (both written and spoken).
