Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
This role requires proficiency in Malay, English, and Chinese to effectively communicate with our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring
- Utilize 3-5 years of HR experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best talent for our organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
- Handle all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Manage local employee benefits, EPF, SOCSO and welfare programs according to relevant policies and regulations.
HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to employee relations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and HR-related documents.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficient in recruitment processes, job portals, and interview techniques.
- Strong knowledge of local employment policies, insurance, and benefits.
- Ability to handle HR tasks independently.
- Fluent in Malay, English, and Chinese (both written and spoken).
