Job Description In charge of planning, managing and executing digital learning system construction, including but not limited to managing online learning resources development and usage, managing online learning platform development and operation, constructing and iterative optimizing of the overall digital learning system.Responsible for employees learning progress, competency and qualification, attendance management, and human resource data management. Support HR work of relatively large-scale departments with complicated business or across regions. Able to provide strategy and advice to business leaders on HR matters, such as performance management, employees engagement, employees' development management, etc.Partner with line managers on supporting the delivery of HR processes and strategy within business unit.Effectively support the execution of HR processes and implement corporate HR policies. Job Requirements Candidates with Bachelor Degree or above in any related field of studies.At least 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources preferably in HR comprehensive knowledge across multiple HR domains. Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer orientation, outgoing personality and have strong influence and impetus.Proactive, independent, team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and cross-functional environment
