Hr Supervisor (Foreign Worker Management)

Responsible for the direct labour recruiting process, working with the hiring manager to ensure the headcount demand is met.
Dealing with agencies and local authorities to submit the required documentation.
Ensure the onboarding procedures are handled properly, including making arrangements to pick up foreign workers from the airport upon their arrival, conducting briefings on safety and Malaysian culture, and handling medical check-ups, setting bank accounts, etc.
Ensure that the basic needs of foreign employees, such as accommodation, basic amenities, transportation, and healthcare, are met by working with all relevant parties both internally and externally.
Assist the managers resolve any disciplinary matters or complaints from foreign workers.
Ensure that all documentation for foreign workers is updated and that all documents are kept in good condition.
Create and maintain proper orientation and training programmes for foreign workers to do their jobs.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
