Objective:
The main role of the HR Support is to work closely with our recruitment consultants and applicants under the Healthcare Division to ensure timely submission of relevant documentation to the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and support the Division in other administrative matters.
Job Description: Provide support on the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) documentation collection.Advice and guide applicants on the procedure and process of SNB, SMC application.Ensure timely submission of documents and work pass application (if any).Assist in recruitment activities by sourcing suitable applicants.Involve in payroll cycle of contractors such as collecting and tabulating monthly timesheets/claim forms.Manage leave, insurance, allowances, and other benefits administration of contractors in the system.Actively involved in planning of company events or team bonding activities with HR team.And any other duties as assigned by the Division Director.Requirements: Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.Strong team player, with good interpersonal and communications skills.High resilience and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.1-2 years of Human Resource experience is a PLUS.Resourceful and possess good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
