Hr & Training Executive

**Primary Role**Responsible for establishment of the company training system, to devise the training plan, and in charge of carrying out the various training activities. Also, in charge of recruitment and resignation of employees.**Main Duties and Responsibilities**- Work with the HR Manager to take charge of the management and supervision of the training of staff of different administrative levels.- Analyse the training needs accordingly to the company's policy and tackle problem about management and service.- Organise & coordinate the company's and department's yearly or monthly training work.- Complete the monthly Learning Scorecard.- Organise and take charge of the various staff activities.- Maintain and update the announcement boards.- Maintain a good relationship with the training centres and education institutions.- Develop relatable and useful training program for staff.- Responsible for the recruitment, resignation and transfer for staff.- Responsible for the auditing the staff attendance, holidays and leaves.- Responsible for the staff probation and evaluation process.- Assist with the P & P of the HR.- Filing of staff's documents.- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor**Salary**: RM3,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Application Deadline: 03/15/2024Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
