Purpose Statement Responsible for implementation of training strategy for the organization, evaluation  training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. This role involves conducting needs assessments, and delivering training sessions to ensure employees are equipped to meet the company's strategic goals via Global and Local HR initiatives, tools and processes. Key Responsibilities Responsible to provide HR guidance and support to internal and external stake holder mainly but not limited in the following areas ; training & development, competency development, succession planning, talent management.  Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to address and support global initiative programs and strategies the deployment of training programs to site level and business direction.Identifying the training needs of employees through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.Work closely with managers and supervisors to ensure that the training programs align with the company's goals and objectives.Facilitate, training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels for site and global training and development programs. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.Ensure all training programs comply with business requirements and maintain accurate training records, data and information, prepare reports for management and updates on monthly training metrics. Responsible and management of site training portal such as publish monthly training schedules, maintaining the accuracy of data and information in the portal, monitoring of training requests / registration through the portal and etc.Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, and performance evaluations to ensure they meet the desired objectives.SME (subject matter expert) pertaining to training and development, Learning Management System (LMS), and as auditee during internal and external audits.  Job Requirements: Candidate required process at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Admin or equivalentAt least 3-5 years in Learning & Development (L&D), Talent Management, and as generalist in other HR functions. Excellent communication skills, business acumen mindset, critical thinking skills and proactive.Candidate with manufacturing background will be preferable.Fully onsite and willing travel to Batu Kawan, Penang About Us
