Job Purpose
The HR Transformation PMO Manager is responsible for leading and managing the HR transformation initiatives within the organization.
This role ensures that HR projects are aligned with the strategic objectives, delivered on time, within scope, and budget, and contribute to the enhancement of HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the HR transformation portfolio, ensuring projects align with the organization's strategic goals.
Develop and implement project management frameworks, methodologies, and standards for HR transformation initiatives.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR transformation projects, ensuring they meet objectives and deliver value.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new HR processes and systems.
Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR transformation team.
Mentor and develop project management skills within the HR team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HR transformation projects.
Proven track record of managing large-scale HR transformation initiatives in a complex, global organization.
Experience in change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
