Jobresponsibilities: Manage and drive the full spectrum of HumanResources & Administration functions such as Recruitmentand Staffing Management, Training & Development, SalaryAdministration, Compensation and Benefits Management, LivingSupport, Security, Foreign Affairs as well as Employee and LaborManagement; Handle and advise management ondisciplinary issues, transfers, termination as well as otheremployee relations' matters in compliance with laborlaws;Manage the administration of the humanresources policies, procedures and programs;Liaison with government statutory bodies forlegal and administration requirement; Managingand controlling employee benefits utilization such as overtime,wages, allowances, leave & staff medical benefits as per HRpolicy & guidelines; Driving theCompany-wide training and development programmers' by conductingtraining needs analysis, designing & evaluating annualtraining plans and reviewing the trainingcourses;Work and co-ordinate with otherdepartments to ensure a smooth and effective operation in theofficeTo perform any other duties as appointedby the management JobRequirement: Minimum 5years' HR work experience in the manufacturing industry, preferablyin a supervisory capacity. Good knowledge oflocal employment laws.Good analytical skills& detail-oriented.Critical thinker andproblem-solving skills.Team player &great interpersonal and communicationskillsStrong Ethics andDiscretion.Good interviewing & humanrelations skills.
