We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a HRIS Specialist. Reporting to the Global HRIS Director, this full-time position is based in Malaysia.
You will work with various stakeholders and business process owners to analyse, identify and design opportunities to optimize the current SAP SuccessFactors HCM system.
Key responsibilities: (a) Be an effective Service Partner/Business Analyst in supporting business users from HR Understand, analyse, and support business needs to formulate comprehensive business requirementsAnalyse business requirements, interdependencies, risks and benefits to propose sustainable recommendations and solutionsCommunicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in clear, non-technical language (b) Technology Solutioning Hands-on technical configuration of the HR technology solutions, specifically in SuccessFactors HCM and integrations to third-party solutions.Identify and recommend appropriate HR technology solutionsWork with cross functional teams to design, implement, and integrate HR applications (c) Project Management Develop project plans, including timelines, milestonesMonitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of HR technology initiative Key requirements: At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM systems as a support consultant or within an in-house HR technology support teamExperience working in a capacity of a Business AnalystHands-on technical configuration knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modulesDemonstrated ability to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent project management skillsProactive, self-motivated individual with ambition, energy and drive.
