Job Summary Key responsibilities include system updates, data analytics, and troubleshooting technical issues.
You will also provide user training and ongoing support to ensure efficient utilization of the HRIS platform across the organization.
Your role will contribute to improved data-driven decision-making and the enhancement of HR operations.
Job Description To be familiar with the Regional System and its infrastructure implemented across 16 countries, having payroll, leave, reimbursement & time modules, and data interfaces.
To develop, maintain, communicate, and enforce system governance materials such as system settings, work procedures, admin user guides, employee & supervisor user guides.
To ensure Regional System operational continuity by working with various stakeholders on digital infrastructures and scheduler monitoring as well as closure on system issue and service tickets.
To partners with different internal teams to design, test, and maintain any necessary integrations, system change requests and statutory update actions as well as to ensure existing interfaces continue to run smoothly and provide accurate results.
To manage the Regional System vendor on quality and timely deliveries; hold the role of level 2 escalation point.
Continually seeks opportunities with vendor to increase employee satisfaction and deepen partnership.
To support the enrollment and de-enrollment of vendor user access to Regional System Servers.
To support the administration of vendor service quotations, purchase orders and invoices.
To project, manage allocated jobs, analyses change requirements, proposes system design, and prepares system demonstration environment and configuration.
Job Requirements Strong Techno- Functional Consultant and Team Player with deep knowledge in HRMS, Cloud and mobility At least a Tertiary education with at least 1 year working experience in HRIS/HRMS/ERP implementations and 2 years of corporate experience.
Familiar with Human Resources related processes with strong understanding of HR technology and systems, and digital savvy to improve HR processes.
Excellent communication skills (in both verbal and written) and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for User and Business Requirement gathering.
Proactive, organized, and problem-solving mindset Appetite for working with big data and had prior hands-on experience.
