Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:Support to manage the onboarding process and induction training for new staff members.
Arrange the recruitment activities including career fair and open interviews.HR Policy Management:Support the development, updating, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Employee Relations:Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Collect and analyze feedback to foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage disciplinary issues and documentation.Benefits Administration:Assist in evaluating employee benefits programs and internal surveys.
Communicate and brief new hires about our benefits programs.
Respond to employee queries related to benefits and resolve any issues promptly.HRIS and Attendance Management:Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and monitor staff attendance.
Assist in generating attendance and leave reports as needed.General HR Administration:Prepare and maintain HR documentation, such as employee files and records.
Support in various administrative tasks, such as drafting HR communications and handling inquiries.Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time either within or out of your current scope of employment.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR /Administrative.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & MS Teams.
Ability to work independently, be deadline-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and pro-active.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with managers, executives, colleagues, departments, and clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and/or confidential information.
Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the HR Management System.
Providing executive support to all levels in a large publicly held organization is preferable.
Education:
