Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that the Company is in compliance with all Occupational HSE regulatory standards.
Proactively evaluate and improve current safety and health programs effectiveness to enhance safety management.
Responsible for developing, implementing, and updating company HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Planning, reviewing, and conducting plant-wide Industrial Hygiene programs, such as CHRA, Noise Monitoring, Scheduled Waste Management, Legal & Chemical Register, Fire Safety Management, etc.
Conduct monthly HSE inspections/audits to ensure that all findings and recommendations are promptly addressed by relevant departments.
Carry out total investigations and provide reports on accidents and related incidents, complete with DOSH acknowledgment and reporting.
Liaise with local authority/regulatory bodies (DOSH, DOE, Bomba, MOH, auditor, etc.)
on matters pertaining to HSE.
Propose and execute external training and coordinate in-house safety and health training and induction for new hires and refresher courses.
Coordinate the fulfillment of the ISO14001 and ISO45001 requirements.
Continuously promote awareness of HSE to all levels of employees.
Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications & Experiences:Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in a related field.
Green Book Holder registered as Safety & Health Officer by DOSH/JKKP/NIOSH.
At least 3 years proven experience working as a Safety, Health, and Environment (SHO) Officer in a manufacturing environment.
Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment related regulations and procedures.
Safety risk assessment and management.
Familiar with ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 systems.
