Hse Manager

Responsibilities
Lead, execute and manage the development and deployment of the structured projects HSE management system and programs to meet projects objectives through rigor and control in standardization and implementation, stakeholder commitment and COMPANY governance to ensure HSE project performance and to maximize COMPANY value creation & support in the delivery of projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Degree in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Engineering or Science.
Possess SHO Certificate of Attendance from training provider recognized by DOSH.
Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in project or operations preferably in oil and gas with a minimum 5 years in HSE functions.
Experience in onshore/offshore capital project construction.
Manage and monitor HSE compliance & requirement in project.
Public relation and communication skill with various stakeholders (MPM, Asset Owner, Authorities, etc).
Review and provide technical advice on HSE documentation and execution of project activities.
Incident Management Technique i.e.
Root Cause Analysis, TOPSET, Tripod Beta etc.
Risk Management i.e.
HER, CAC, Bow-Tie, HIRARC, SWIFT etc.
Well conversed in HSEMS and Assurance (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, COMPANY HSEMS).
Project HSE Management.
Management of Change process.
HSE Legal Requirements (OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, EQA 1974, EEZ Act 1984, MARPOL 84, etc.
