Hse Supervisor - Genting Highlands

Job ScopeMonitor and implement the company's safety management system to ensure compliance with the relevant statutory requirements and continuously improve the safety management system by conducting internal audits, awareness briefings, training, and induction programs.
Responsible to ensure the applicable procedures and practices in accordance with the safety and health and environmental statutory acts/regulations.
Identify potential hazards, assess the risks in the company's premises, and determine necessary control measures to assure employee safety.
Create a safety and health report that includes a recommended action plan for existing infrastructure, working procedures, and practices for further improvement.
Liaise with government authorities such as DOSH, BOMBA, DOE, and others on matters concerning safety and health issues and ensure all reports are submitted on time.
Undertake project work, assignments, or ad hoc job-related matters or any other duties as assigned/requested by management from time to time.
Responsibility/RequirementsCandidates must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health/Environmental Science or its equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
OSH Coordinator trained persons are an advantage.
Able to work independently.
Willing to work in Genting Permai.
