Hseq Executive (Green Book)

To be responsible in all areas on Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Safety, Health and Environmental related matters of the company in compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policies, procedures and work instructions. Responsible to implement, to maintain and to coordinate with all functions to develop Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management System.Scope of Work- Report HSEQ Management System performance to the top management and to ensure theHSEQ Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the system requirements.- Control status of documents and identify all documents to prevent using documents not updated and /or obsolete documents.- Conducts risk assessment and risk mitigation measures on-site and before commencement of projects.- Review HSEQ requirement of the Clients and ensure they are carried out as per the terms of the agreement, and communicated to the respective Project Manager, Engineer and Supervisor- Perform regular internal quality, environment, safety and health audit to ensure the company is using the right document and comply with quality, environment, safety and health control requirement.- Undertake and provide corrective and preventive measures to ensure a proper environment and health for the organization and its stakeholders.- Investigate, analyze and review accidents or near misses incident within the organization and provide feedback thereto.- Ensure regular emergency response is effective and that managers and employees are prepared at all times, oversee designs and conducts drills, both announced and unannounced.- Coordinate HSEQ subordinate staff working under his/ her command, and to ensure that work safety permits are enforced.- Make sure and promote to all employees about the working, environmental and safety awareness and policies of the organization.- Communicate, coach and assist others to ensure that all quality expectations are understood and met- Lead steering committee meeting, arrange and coordinate for management review meeting.- Compile all non-conformance report and notify for improvement and prevention; and to maintain and update safety statistics and databases.- Assist in the development of current and long-term organizational goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures for Company operations.- Undertake special task whenever required and other duties as assigned- Other duties as assigned**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Rotational shiftLicense/Certification:- Green Book (preferred)- SHO CEPSWAM (preferred)
