Job Description:Report to Hub Ops LeadMonitor productivity and allocate resources accordinglyEnsure compliance of SPX sorting processes and protocolsDocument daily updates on the document and sorting quantityResolve any discrepancies during inbound processRequirements:Possess at least Diploma (Advanced/Higher Graduate/Post Graduate) or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalentAble to do rotating shifts due to business needs1-3 years of experience dealing with external logistic partiesOpen to flexible arrangements depending on peak seasons and business needsGood communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teamsKeen leader who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment
