Huc Mechanical Engineer

Relevant Experience Extensive experience in construction, hook-up, and commissioning (HUC) of oil and gas projects, including both onshore and offshore facilities.
Proficient in developing commissioning procedures and ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
Hands-on experience in offshore topside maintenance and Brownfield projects for topside facilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
Relevant expertise in Greenfield topside hook-up and commissioning (HUC) projects, from planning to execution.
Qualifications Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 6 years in a similar role or capacity focused on construction, HUC, and project execution.
Professional Skills Required Familiar with international mechanical standards Competent in testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Familiar with design codes and standards, and oil and gas industry construction practices Member of BEM is preferred.
Responsibility: Develop all plans and procedures for commissioning of systems.
Ensure compliance with project quality procedures such as document control, change control, materials control, field inspection and testing procedures.
Lead commissioning team during commission/start-up.
Develop all turnover document required for custody transfer to Operations.
Shall have a full understanding of project management principles, e.g.
planning, monitoring, reporting and control of cost, time and resources and shall be able to prepare detailed plans for particular tasks under his/her control.
Shall directly involve in providing coordination and supervision of the work and responsible for interface management with the Client and managing operational issue.
To develop and deliver construction workpack, preparing jobcards which will reflect the planning norms and method statement.
To be a focal point to deliver all necessary documentation to ensure project readiness He/she shall provide technical input during the design, workpacking period and during the execution period.
He/she shall communicate with QA/QC and HSE Engineer to ensure all necessary quality and safety elements are contained inside the workpack.
He/she is expected to conduct offshore workscoping / execution trips and generate reports as required.
To participate in meetings or review sessions as when required by COMPANY such as workpack review, HAZID, lesson learn etc.
Coordinate and interface with COMPANY on result day to day issue.
