**Key Responsibilities****1) Medical****1.1. Medical Analysis and reports**- Analysis of medical benefits utilization contributing to medical expenses (monthly&yearly) and reported into MCM report and SHE Report.- Analyze monthly MC for each dept and interview the frequent MC staff- Analyze the Top illness of staff- Collaborate with ER Section on health campaign**1.2 Panel Clinics / Hospital**- Monthly monitor panel clinic/ hospital services / performance.- Appointing/ termination of clinic / hospital**2. Services / Utilities**- Verify and check Memo payment for Canteen Claim, Clinic & Hospital Claim.**3. Uniform****3.1 Ordering Stationery Items/Uniforms/Safety Shoes/Safety Helmets/Meal Coupon.**- Review and plan stock balance and control the ordering of the items of yearly ordering & new manpower intake.**4. Others****4.1 MCM Report**- Prepare reports on medical, Projects, UNION matters and Administration activities for MCM meeting.**4.2 Medical Online System (Boss.net), Red Alert**- Verify and update listing of panel clinic**4.3 E-claim System**- Process claim every 1st & 16th of the month- Register new staff for broken tree- Handle E-claim system problem and report to IT**4.4 Meal Coupon**- Generate Meal Coupon through CMS System every end of the month- Prepare Monthly Manual Meal Coupon for no canteen plant and send to payroll.**Key Requirements**- Minimum degree in Accounting / Human Resources Management or equivalent.- At least two (2) years experience in General Administration matters and related field- Good working knowledge and understanding of Malaysia Labor Law and Government Regulations- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written and spoken)- Possess with excellent working attitude, integrity, initiative & responsible team player- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
