Human Recourse Executive

Salary : Up to RM2,500 + CommissionWorking Hours : 8:30am - 5:30pmWorking Days : Monday to FridayJob Scope:- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, CV submission, interview arrangement and billings.- Achieve quarterly target as per Individual KPI target- Achieve weekly KPI for CV submission, number of call and number of interview session as per individual KPI target.- Build strong relationship with all key account clients- Meet client's demand and adapt to changes accordingly.- Manage risk, quick troubleshooting, and prompt attendance to issue escalation.- Manage information including database of applicants, hires, costs and records related to recruitment activities for analysis- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting submitted in a timely manner**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Experience**:- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
