Human Resource & Admin Executive

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Process monthly payroll and monthly attendance.
Responsible for HR documentation, including letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, job description documents, organization chart, etc.
Maintain employee handbook and procedures as required by management to promote a healthy and productive work environment.
Lead and coordinate onboarding for new hires, process probationary feedback, and manage employee evaluations and terminations.
Update and maintain employee information in the system and personal files.
Delegate HR-related tasks and set objectives for team members, track employee growth, and monitor daily performance.
Generate monthly reports for management review.
Provide administrative support to managers and other departments as needed.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications and ExperienceDiploma/Degree in Human Resources Management.
At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in a related field.
Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR best practices.
Positive working attitude, people-oriented, strong team player, and interpersonal skills.
Independent, meticulous, and pleasant disposition.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
Proficiency in both verbal and written: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
