Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
Proven experience as an HR Lead or similar role.
Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Duty & Responsibilities
Full spectrum of HR, Payroll and Admin functions.
Develop and manage HR policies and guidelines including employee handbook.
Ensures compliance to corporate policies, governmental regulations and laws.
Oversee key HR administration functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, training, employee relations and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance and regulatory adherence for tax laws, social security and mandatory deductions.
Manage and handle local & foreign workers' administration matters.
Supervise general office administrative duties and responsibilities.
