Responsibilities:Recruitment Management:Oversee the hiring process for both local and foreign workers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Work Permit Facilitation:Manage applications for foreign workers and expatriate staff, liaising with government departments to ensure smooth processing.
Government Relations:Act as a liaison officer with various government departments, handling matters related to immigration, KDN, and local council.
Union and IR Management:Take charge of union relations, industrial relations matters, and implement effective disciplinary procedures.
Facility Oversight:Supervise security guards, manage canteen facilities, and ensure proper housekeeping to maintain a pleasant work environment.
ISO Compliance:Ensure the HR and Administration department adheres to ISO standards and best practices.
Senior Management Support:Assist the Senior HR/Admin Manager in various departmental initiatives and projects.
Who are they looking for?Educational Background:A degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant Experience:At least 5 years of experience in HR and General Administration management roles, preferably in manufacturing industries.
Legal Knowledge:In-depth understanding of labor laws, immigration regulations, and HR best practices.
Communication Skills:Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
Discretion and Integrity:Capable of handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
Organizational Abilities:Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage diverse responsibilities.
Technical Proficiency:Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software, with additional HR certifications being an advantage.
