Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Ensure accurate processing of payroll information, transactions, calculations, and data entry, including updates for allowances, statutory contributions, increments, bonuses, and other benefits, in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Manage timely payments of monthly government statutory contributions for employees and employers, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, and HRDF.
Oversee the recruitment process, including vetting candidates, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
Coordinate HR processes such as employee confirmation, resignation, and handover procedures.
Track and monitor all leave applications and maintain attendance records.
Update and maintain HR-related documents, such as employee handbooks, policies, forms, and other relevant records.
Perform general administrative duties to support HR operations.
Candidates with basic accounting or finance knowledge are encouraged to apply.
RequirementsPossess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Human Resources role.
Proficiency in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential.
Strong knowledge and operational experience with payroll systems, including software for salary processing, statutory deductions, and payments to statutory bodies.
Familiarity with HR2000 or SQL Payroll Software is an added advantage.
Thorough understanding of statutory requirements and tax deduction processes.
Experience managing labour issues and resolving interdepartmental conflicts is a plus.
