Human Resource Assistant Job Scope Overall Responsibilities: Assist the Directors with all aspects of the human resource function for the Bizara education centre. Ensure adherence to all relevant labour laws (Akta Kerja) and regulations. Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all teachers and staffs. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment activities, such as advertising open positions and scheduling interviews. Process new hire paperwork, including collecting EA form and other required documents. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation programs, introductions to the team, and benefits enrollment. Employee Relations: Maintain employee files and records. Process payroll (using Socso and EPF websites or softwares). Administer employee benefits programs. Assist employees with any questions or concerns regarding HR policies and procedures. Conduct basic investigations into employee relations issues. Administrative Tasks: Manage the centre's employee handbook and ensure it is up-to-date. Maintain leave calendars and track employee absences. Coordinate employee training and development programs. Prepare HR reports for Directors as required. Respond to employee queries related to HR matters. Maintain a clean and organised HR filing system (physical and digital). Additional Responsibilities: You are responsible for some administrative tasks outside of HR, such as managing student registration, school events/programs or assisting with marketing initiatives. Be prepared to wear multiple hats and be flexible with your duties. Qualifications: Minimum diploma or relevant HR certification preferred. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS/WPS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working knowledge of Akta Kerja 1955 (bonus point). Experience in the education sector (bonus point). Benefits of Working in Bizara: Gain exposure to all aspects of HR in a fast-paced environment. Salary Offered EPF, SOCSO & EIS are provided Junior Executive / Assistant with no experience - RM1200 and above Executive with experience - RM1500 and above Senior executive and above with good experience - RM1800 and above Salary revision and increment will be applied after confirmation Job Type: Full-time
