Human Resource Assistant

Job Responsibilities:Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
Ensure new employees complete necessary documentation, including tax forms, direct deposit, and other required paperwork.
Employee Records and Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
File and organize confidential employee documents, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary records.
Assist in preparing and updating employee handbooks, policies, and other HR documents.
Payroll Assistance:Support the payroll team in gathering necessary information, such as attendance data, overtime and leave applications.
Ensure accurate documentation for leave, overtime, and other pay-related inquiries.
General Administrative Support:Handle HR-related correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.
