Human Resource Assistant

Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Organize, update, and maintain employee records.
Support the payroll process by gathering and verifying employee timesheets and leave requests.
Support adherence to HR policies and assist in handling employee inquiries.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs.
Help organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Prepare HR-related reports, documents, and presentations as required.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
Help monitor and renew employee contracts and compliance licenses.
Key Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
