Summary:
Your primary role is to support the Human Resources function and ensure smooth HR operations.
You will work closely with department managers to assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Additionally, you will handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR data.
Assist Human Resource Manager with HR operations and initiatives.
Prepare HR reports to support management decision-making.
Assist with recruitment, including job postings and onboarding.
Manage Trade Union matters, including negotiations and grievances.
Coordinate employee relations, conflict resolution, and discipline.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management.
Support employee training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
Provide administrative support for HR projects.

Ideal Candidates:
Practical experience in Human Resource functions
In-depth understanding of HR practices and employment laws
Proficiency in Human Resource software
