Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, job postings, participating in interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating pre-employment medical examinations.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to meet manpower requirements within the designated timeframe.
Responsible for coordinating and participating in job and career fairs.
Prepare various HR documents, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer notices, contract renewals, and other related correspondence.
Ensure proper filing and regular updates of all employee records and confidential information.
Responsible for managing the onboarding process for new employees, including familiarizing them with the company, conducting induction programs, ensuring the completion of necessary documentation, and other related tasks.
Ensure the organization chart is updated promptly whenever new employees join the company.
Prepare and maintain monthly updates on staff movements.
Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters while addressing employee inquiries.
Provide support for the company's safety and health matters.
Requirements A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong understanding of Employment Law and HR policies.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with employees.
