Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Planning:Collaborate with MRO leadership to align HR strategies with the company's operational goals.
Participate in strategic decision-making, focusing on workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention.
Develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance productivity and operational excellence.
2. Talent Acquisition & Development:Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and lead recruitment efforts for technical and non-technical positions.
Identify training and development needs and organize learning programs to enhance employee capabilities, particularly for maintenance technicians, engineers, and other skilled staff.
Lead succession planning and career pathing initiatives.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Foster a positive working environment by promoting company values and ensuring consistent communication and feedback.
Implement employee engagement programs tailored to the MRO environment, addressing unique needs like safety concerns, shift work, and high-stress operational areas.
4. Performance Management:Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and developing performance improvement plans.
Implement and monitor employee performance management systems to ensure alignment with operational objectives.
Drive initiatives that recognize and reward high performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Job RequirementsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR experience in an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.
Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or MRO environment is highly preferred.
Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, technical environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leaders and employees across all levels.
