We are looking for a passionateHuman Resource Business Partner (HRBP)to oversee and support HR operations across our 45 Northern Region stores, ensuring smooth and effective HR service delivery.
Position Overview:
As aHuman Resource Business Partner , you will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration for the Northern Region.
The role will require a dynamic and experienced individual with a background in retail operations to align HR practices with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Northern Region stores, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with store managers to assess staffing needs and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Employee Relations:Serve as the primary contact for employee issues, handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters effectively.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture and enhance retention.HR Administration:Ensure the proper administration of HR policies, procedures, and record-keeping across the region.
Provide expert guidance on HR compliance, labor laws, and company policies to store management.Performance Management:Assist store managers in conducting performance appraisals and developing employee growth plans.
Support continuous improvement in employee performance through coaching and development initiatives.Retail Operations Support:Partner closely with the retail operations team to align HR strategies with operational needs and goals.
Provide HR expertise in solving operational challenges and enhancing the overall efficiency of the workforce.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR or Store Operations, preferably within a retail environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Malaysia.
Demonstrated success in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, travel within the Northern Region, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
