Human Resource Development Officer (Hrd Officer)

**Responsibilities**:- Conduct and facilitate training activities- Perform effective documentation and maintenance of records of training programs- Generate and translate training materials- Drive and support the welfare of operators- Shoot and create videos for communication and record purpose- Support audits**Requirements**:- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin- At least 2 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Movie Maker- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Ulu Tiram: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- HR in manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
