Job Overview This role is to handle the full range of HR matters for all Malaysia employees.
The candidate also needs to work extensively with government agencies, payrolling software and with other members within the business operations team to ensure accurate payroll processing, and reporting.
This role will naturally grow to be a senior HR executive.
Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for all internal HR matters (Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Time Off, Offboarding.
Liaise and co-ordinate with external government authorities where required.
Regularly analyse and summarize the data of resigned employees, put forward suggestions for improvement, and provide decision-making support for the company's development.
Requirement A good degree or diploma will be considered.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Excel skills, payroll software Talenox would be preferred and advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
