Human Resource Executive (?Immediate Hiring)

Details of the offer

-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.


-Develop and implement staff remuneration schemes that align with market standards and company goals.


-Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, allowances, and bonuses, and ensure timely payment of salaries.


-Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.


-Work on staff retention strategies by fostering a positive work environment, conducting employee engagement surveys, and implementing retention programs.


-Prepare and conduct performance appraisals, ensuring clear, structured feedback for employees' development.


-Design and manage attractive bonus plans and incentive schemes to motivate the team and boost productivity.


-Oversee staff training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.


-Prepare HR reports, including turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, payroll data, performance metrics, and employee satisfaction to inform management decisions.


-Advise management on HR-related issues and participate in strategic HR planning.


-Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive communication across departments.
