Job DescriptionManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job postings, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Develop and implement staff remuneration schemes that align with market standards and company goals.
Oversee payroll processing , ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, allowances, and bonuses, and ensure timely payment of salaries.
Prepare and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
Work on staff retention strategies by fostering a positive work environment, conducting employee engagement surveys, and implementing retention programs.
Prepare and conduct performance appraisals, ensuring clear, structured feedback for employees' development.
Design and manage attractive bonus plans and incentive schemes to motivate the team and boost productivity.
Oversee staff training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
Prepare HR reports , including turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, payroll data, performance metrics, and employee satisfaction to inform management decisions.
Advise management on HR-related issues and participate in strategic HR planning.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive communication across departments.
Job RequirementsProven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and payroll management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and implement effective remuneration and incentive plans.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive and hands-on approach to managing HR operations.
