Human Resource Executive (Immediate Hiring)We are looking for an HR Practitioner to manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes, with a strong focus on Recruitment, Payroll, and Training within the Group.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment efforts, overseeing new hire orientation and onboarding, administering payroll and employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall Human Resource operations and Payroll functions of the Group of companies.
Manage overall payroll processing including liaising with the related government statutory bodies, e.g. EPF, Socso, PCB, HRDF.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of the company's payroll. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations affecting payroll and ensure adherence to all applicable laws and best standard practices.
Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve concerns.
Hiring and recruitment – vacancy placement, pre-screening of candidates, job interviews, and staff induction.
Assist Management/HOD in resolving staff disciplinary issues.
Prepare all reports related to accounting and auditing purposes.
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR procedures, policies, and best practices.
Prepare and compile staff attendance reports on a weekly basis according to the Group needs.
Experience in handling HR systems, i.e. Infotech, is an added advantage.
Familiar with up-to-date Malaysian Employment Act with experience in handling employee grievances, counselling, and related matters.
Assist external auditors on information and documentation when needed.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a combination of experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on Payroll, Industrial Relations, and Training & Learning Development.
Excellent communication skills, decision-making abilities, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, regulations, and employment practices.
