Human Resource Executive

**Responsibilities**- Recruitment and selection activities - Scheduling and arranging for interview, handling offer process, pre-employment medical checkup and other pertinent details- Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures- Assist in preparing reports- Assist in training and development activities- Organise induction program for new employees- Assist with employees leave management- Any ad-hoc HR assignments/events/activities**Requirements**:- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources and/or Business Management- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Organised, independent and result-oriented- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervisionPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal allowance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
