Human Resource Executive

ResponsibilitiesRecruit the right person for the right job and ensure on-boarding processes are well-documented.
Maintain staff records, update employee databases and ensure proper documentation filing.
Maintain attendance records for employees, income tax payments, insurance and healthcare plans in compliance with corporate policy and local legislation.
Liaise with the relevant government agencies (LHDN, JTK, Perkeso).
Collaborate together with other departments to ensure job-related information is updated.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Must be fluent in written and spokenMandarinto deal with China documentation.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word, problem solving, communications.
Willing to work inBesut, Terengganu .
Able to work6-day week .
