Payroll Management:
Process payroll using the Info-Tech system, ensuring accuracy in attendance tracking, overtime, and leave management.Verify and update employee working hours, leave records, and other relevant data before payroll processing.Ensure timely salary disbursement and resolve any payroll-related queries or issues.Attendance and Leave Monitoring:
Manage and maintain the Info-Tech attendance system to track employee attendance, absences, and punctuality.Review and approve employee leave requests in accordance with company policies.Generate attendance and leave reports as required by management.Recruitment and Hiring:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews, to onboarding new hires.Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.Conduct reference checks and handle employment offers and contracts.Employee Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, attendance systems, and payroll procedures.Assist with the necessary documentation and system updates for new hires.HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all payroll and recruitment data are accurately captured.Assist in any additional HR-related tasks such as employee relations, performance appraisals, and training coordination.
