Human Resource Executive

Responsible for organizing and implementing the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling, to ensure key positions in the company are effectively filled with qualified talent.
Manage all aspects of employee relations, ensuring a supportive work environment and strong team collaboration.
Manage the compensation and benefits system, including salary adjustments, benefits plans, overtime, and leave management, to ensure fair and reasonable treatment for employees.
Ensure that the company's HR policies comply with laws and regulations, update employment contracts, handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, prevent and resolve labor disputes, and protect the company's legal rights.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure job-related information is updated.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Have strong communication and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of Malaysia labour law.
