Minimum Requirements:Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent with a minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
Ability to work in fast-paced work environment and able to maintain composure under pressure.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Knowledge of HR best practices and local employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication skills.
Japanese language is an added advantage.
Your Future Tasks Will Be:Process company's monthly payroll, taxation, claims, and statutory contributions accurately and timely.
Maintain and update employee records, process employee claims, and ensure HR policies are followed.
Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Ensuring timely execution of employee promotions and upgrades.
Manage yearly increments and bonuses.
Coordinate in-house clinic and medical insurance.
Organize training programs.
Provide opportunities for international secondment.
Offer free meals and uniforms.
