**Recruitment and Selection**:- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.- Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.- **Employee Relations**:- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.- Manage employee disciplinary processes, including conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions when necessary.- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.- **Performance Management**:- Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies and career development opportunities.- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.- **Training and Development**:- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and skills assessments, and develop training plans accordingly.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.- **HR Administration**:- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, administration, and communication.- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 5 years of experience in human resource management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount software.- (Optional: Any additional qualifications specific to the company's industry or requirements.)**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (required)- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (required)Application Deadline: 04/15/2024Expected Start Date: 04/15/2024
