Human Resource Executive

Responsible for the recruitment cycle for the group.
Assist with investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
Participate in assist spectrum of payroll process.
Manage staff personal files and preparation of employment-related letters.
Provide administration support to the Human Resource Department or the company when necessary.
Prepare standard correspondences/memorandums and update records and reports.
Coordinate, manage and supervise appointments and meeting schedules between potential candidates and respective Heads of department.
Monitor, maintain and update data on the Company server from time to time.
Any other tasks or duties as assigned by head, superior, or management from time to time.
Experience & RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives in Human Resources or equivalent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
