Recruit, Interview, Hire, and train new staff.Manage HR Operations of the company.Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.Advise Management on HR-related matters.Manage Payroll administrative for the company.Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.Overseas the daily workflow of the department.Measure employee retention and turnover rates.Monitor employee progress and stay abreast of company climate and culture,ensuring it stays positive and productive.Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feelconfortable speaking up about issues**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift**Experience**:- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
